For scale User status please indicate the scales for which you have completed a certified training. For Certified Trainer Status please indicate the scales for which you are a Certified Trainer (note that Certified Trainers are able to access all General Affiliate and scale User benefits). Each account is manually approved, so please only add scales that you have received training in as a user or Certified Trainer.
