Description of Sexual Offences:
2019 – When Mr. Doe took his computer in to be fixed, child sexual exploitation images were found and reported to the police. Among the large number of indecent images, police filed charges for 20 images involved prepubescent and pubescent female children (approximate ages of 7 to 12 years) engaged in sexual activity with adults. Dates on these images indicated that Mr. Doe had first accessed these images between 2017 to 2019.
2020 – Carol recently reported to a counsellor that their father had touched her and her sister Sarah, over and under their clothes when they were age 10 to 12. These incidents occurred a number of times, usually at bedtime when their mother was at work. Although there were many incidents, specific details were only available for the three incidents that resulted in formal charges.
